Following on from ground covered in the previous page let us once more explore the proposition, put by Ms West while under oath in court, that the people mentioned on this website are, and I quote, “They are all fabricated and most of them fictitious!” (Click this link to check out trial transcript – go to page 24 line 7)
Well of course this is a big lie (under oath) which makes it perjury. Perhaps someone will point this out to the judge when she next appears in court. The general rule with Ms West is this; you can tell when she is lying because her lips are moving!
Here are some more examples of fabricated and fictitious people. Let us arrange them in groups by job description. Yes these fabricated and fictitious people were all employees of Ms West’s most will recognise them but you can check out employment records, tax records etc. Something really easy for lawyers and judges to do!
Please take the time to read or listen to what these ex employees of Ms West had to say about their employer. Having established that these people really do exist do you really think that there is a conspiracy led by me to turn her employees against her? Hell they are all alleging exactly the same thing which quite by coincidence is what her two ‘daughter in laws’ are alleging too!

Something Ms West denies under oath in court in July 12th 2007 but then in her letter to the cult (dictated by the voices in her head) entitled “The Law of Severity on the Path to Purification.” A letter sent to the other cult members to justify the alleged beating ... that never took place!

Chrysta Bourne - Executive Secretary, Wendy Stuart – Editorial Assistant, John Mark Young – Editorial Assistant, Don Thompson – Graphic Artist, Ray Solanki - Business Manager, Sheila Ira Parmar – Personal Assistant, Heidi Escalante – Marketing Administrator, Sara Jane Willis – Staff Management, Kyle Heineke – Personal Assistant, Geoff Reynolds – Financial Controller. Those who quit but were paid (with Geoff’s funding) are Steven Gonzales – Graphic Artist, Mike Fulford – Finance/Tech Support, and Gail Duran – Personal/Administrative Assistant.

This roster is being provided to illuminate the effect that your instability and explosive episodes of denigration, humiliation, and verbal assault have on all of us. This and your constant personal demands are causing chaotic turn-over of staff and is largely responsible for my intense work-load over the last ten months and the degree to which this undermines the chain of command and lowers my ability to function effectively within the office cannot be over-stated.
Julio Williams – long-term benefactor and Treasurer for S.A.I. and G.G.I. has donated generously in the past and $150,000 is expected Feb.26, ’07. Previous to October 12 ’07 when the physical altercation occurred with Pat Cole – President of S.A.I. and G.G.I., she sacrificed some $315,000 from her personal funds, plus $250,000 of other borrowed money and over $350,000 of debt incurred from the Political Hill house. The authorities may view this transaction alone as extortion, since Pat has never occupied the home herself. In addition, I witnessed you intimidate Pat into selling her condo and personal vehicle to cover your expenditures and to meet payroll.
The non-profits that you up started and their mission statements are designed to support you as the sole beneficiary, and are at an impasse now because, after Pat’s altercation, there are insufficient Board Members to reach a quorum and affect any meaningful change. Meanwhile, both SAI and GGI owe significant debt and both Julio and Pat are potentially liable for debts from previous Na Ka Shela expenditures, upstart investments for Surya Institute, which also include back payroll taxes from the non-profits and many other miscellaneous expenditures.”

Tanya wrote two letters to me both damning of Ms West, this from someone who worked in her home and kitchen and dealt with her personal needs.

Deborah Coffey Left under duress!
Deborah was brave enough to admit that while associated with Ms West she was involved in as were others in what I will call, “public humiliation or degradation rituals.” Deborah goes on to write about the methods Ms West uses to brain wash cult members! Ingrid Bayer Left under duress!
Ingrid resigned in January 2003. Read her disturbing letter in which she alleges that her 6 year old son was abused by Ms West. Click this link to read Ingrids letter.
Ingrid also goes on to write about Ms West’s web of control, psychological techniques for breaking people, and brainwashing them. Ingrid also writes about helping many of the people in the ‘group’ deal with the psychological trauma and emotional pain inflicted on them by Ms West’s attempts to ‘process’ them into the cult!
In conclusion. As much as Ms West may wish these people did not exist these ex employees ARE real people! They are NOT fabricated NOR are they fictitious!
Ms West’s attempts at using the current batch of 'straight jacketed' employees to convince us all that West’s previous employees either do not exist or are part of a conspiracy led by me is doomed to fail. There is just too much evidence from such a variety of sources that show Ms West to be a vicious fraud that makes her living off the back of others in a most callous way.
And what of these employees they know I am telling the truth because they are living it now! Are they too afraid to speak out? Is the pay that good that they are willing to sell their souls for it?
Crimes are allegedly being committed, people are allegedly being assaulted, money is allegedly being extorted! Some of you are allegedly cooperating with Ms West in the cover up.
How do they think this is all going to end? This is not a good career move for any of you. Think what a judge or a clever lawyer could do if they started to issue supeana's to all the ex employees?
Sooner or later the heat is going to get too much for Ms West at which point she and her closest entourage will leave the US and live off the 'stash' she has salted away. Who will be left behind to deal with the police, the IRS and the many lawsuits? YOU!
As the Dr Patricia MD assault trial gets nearer how about looking at another alleged assault on another student allegedly also resulting in a severe beating and extortion.
