But not on my part! 

Let us do something that Ms West and her marionettes do not want us to do – THINK!

They are desperately trying to convince you all that Ms West is as pure as the driven snow and that her troubles arise because of conspiracy led by me, from two thousand miles away, and that somehow I and others have managed to make Ms West a victim of the following:-

1.      On July 12^th 2007 Ms West appeared in court to defend her son in a custody battle against his wife Jamie Haywood.  During cross examination by Jamie’s lawyer Ms West was grilled about several law suits (5 or 6) that were lodged against her.  (Click this link to review trial transcript.)  Am I responsible for getting 5 or 6 people I never met on the other side of the continent, who have probably not met each other, to lodge lawsuits against Ms West all with the common theme of money?  I don’t think so. 

2.      Am I responsible for the fact that Ms West chose to repeatedly lie under oath while giving testimony?  Let us look at two of the gems from her holiness’s testimony. 

When asked in court whether did she strike Dr Patricia MD West replied, “Absolutely not.  No way, absolutely not.”  But then we got her ‘signed’ confession entitled ‘The Law of Severity on the Path to Purification’ which Ms West went on to copyright as if we needed any further proof that it was from her hand and from the voices in her head!

This ‘confession’ along with other sensitive material is now available to read on this website, as is Ms West's confession to cheating me, as is Ms West's admission that she treats people like Kleenex and her assertion that she will get, "down and dirty with anyone who gets in her way!" 

 When told that there were lots of other names mentioned on that website (this website) by the cross examining lawyer Ms West replied, “Yes but they are all fabricated and most of them are fictitious!”  As I have shown on a previous page entitled ‘Fictitious Individuals?’ these people are neither fictitious nor are their statements of alleged abuse etc fabricated – they ARE all Ms West’s ex employees! 

Am I responsible for Ms West’s decision to lie under oath in response to these questions? 

I don’t think so. 

3.      Here is a letter from, what was, one of Ms West’s most devout followers I promised to keep her name off the internet so let us just say it rhymes with Enander Gorge (click this link to review the letter) who writes to me to tell me that she was forced to write a false statement about me or be fired.  This individual along with several other employees did write false statements, as Ms West demanded, but they all withdrew them after leaving Ms West’s employ. 

Am I to blame for Ms West decision to allegedly blackmail others into breaking one of the Ten Commandments and giving false witness?  I don’t think so. 

4.      Here is an excerpt from a copy of Chris Haywood’s legal bill sent to me by Kendall Strnad the mother of their daughter who is also the subject of a custody battle.  (Click this link to view document)  It looks very much to me like Ms West is writing the statements for her son!  Assuming this is true is it my fault that Ms West decided with her son to conspire to corrupt the legal process?  I don’t think so. 

But wait a minute, if Ms West has been caught out writing statements for her son is it not possible that she is also writing statements for her employees to post on her website?  After all it is what she was doing when I worked for her back in 2002!  Click this link to read what her secretary of 19 months said about how she rewrites history!  Additionally she has admitted she is a control freak and you can hear her say it herself on this website! 

5.      Is it my fault that a former board member, A J White, of the charity, ‘The Circle of Divine Unity,’ wrote a statement to me (click this link to read) alleging that Ms West diverted an $80,000 donation away from the charity and into her own pocket because her son needed money to fight the above mentioned custody battle?  I don’t think so. 

6.      Is it my fault that a man from Ms West’s past by the name of Jeremy Samuelson (click this link to read email) should contact me out of the blue and allege that Ms West ‘took him’ for $10,000 back in the 80’s?  Is it my fault that he alleges she grew marijuana then? I don’t think so. 

7.      Is it my fault that an employee, who I have never met, contacts me out of the blue and announces that she is Ms West’s office manager and is afraid for her life? (Click this link to read documents)  Is it my fault that she then goes on to detail the alleged abuse meted out to her, Dr Patricia MD and others working for West? 

This is exactly what was going on when I was there in 2002 the only difference being that the names have changed.  Is this all my fault?  I don’t think so. 

8.      Is it my fault that the son of one of Ms West’s largest benefactors,(who Ms West referred to as her ‘kitty’) recently wrote to Ms West and demanded back all the money that his mother had given West under duress?  (Another person who was allegedly wronged in a previous lifetime who had to pay Ms West back in this lifetime?)

THERE IS A CONSPIRACY BUT NOT ON MY PART!

Clearly Ms West is trying everything she can to stop the truth getting out and is desperately trying to manage the public relations disaster that continues to unfold.  I could have written another 50 examples of the above but you get the point.  To ram it home further go to Surya Ma Downloads to hear what several of her employees from back in 2002 & 2003 had to say about her over dinner one evening.  They all agreed to be recorded in the hop their statements would stop this happening to others - it did not!

Giving false witness under oath is just a small part of this conspiracy which includes having her employees put up, all at once, statements ‘choreographed’  by West that seek to character assassinate me and others who stand for truth.

I have produced a large number of varied witnesses who were / are HER ex employees or HER estranged relatives all of whom are saying the same things!  In addition we can all read trial transcripts and catch her out in obvious lies given under oath!  

Then there is Ms West's assertion that the media (click these links to read the stories in the Whitefish Pilot & Bigfork Eagle) are somehow involved in this conspiracy.
 

The other explanation for the 'unfavourable' coverage is that the media cannot do their job properly?  When in reality the media interviewed lots of Ms West's victims and wrote the story honestly and how they saw it!

All Ms West can do to counter this tidal wave of information is throw mud at me and hope it sticks!

The problem with that is that I do not have reputation to protect.  I am not trying to brainwash a group of followers into ignoring all the evidence so they will continue to believe in me.  Nor do I earn my living by relieving others of theirs!

In a short while Ms West will be making a court appearance in respect of the 'alleged' assault against Dr Patricia MD.  As soon as the trial transcript is available we will be able to see for ourselves what stories her holiness has spun this time!
