Apparently the trial, where Ms West AKA Surya Ma is the defendant in an assault case against a local doctor, has been postponed to sometime in November.

It looks like Ms West has been given even more time to 'work' on the plaintiff and her supporting witnesses.   Intimidation against anyone who stands in Ms West's way is either administered at arms length through the remaining members of the cult who turn up for unannounced 'visits' or sent directly on a daily basis by Ms West using her special 'healing' skills!

The trial matters.  It is important for everyone to know what has gone on - what is going on in that quiet corner of Montana.  This ruthless women needs to be brought to book for the crimes she has allegedly committed to scores of victims.  

I have witnessed her assault women myself, and as her 'fund raising' manager for 5 months in 2002 I know that most of the money went into her pocket! 

So why we wait for justice to be done let us contend ourselves with the following:-
 
1.  While this site keeps stating that there are several lawsuits on the books ranging from assault to fraud it makes it very hard for Surya Ma, the grifter, to keep pronouncing herself as God's messenger come to save the planet!

2.  While there is testimony on this site from many, many ex employees and 'students' and her own family members proclaiming West's alleged cruelty and abuse, towards all it is very difficult for the 'grifter' to persuade the public she is a force for good!  Even though her expensive lifestyle depends upon her duping them all.

3.  While this site is up and keeps warning people of West's insatiable appetite for other people's money and the lengths she goes to get it maybe people will not fall for the, "I have come to save the world help me by donating your cash to my cause!" approach currently being used on West's monthly propaganda broadcasts!

There really is NO smoke without fire.

Does anyone really think that a person who allegedly grew fields of Marijuana in New Mexico, who is an ex bankrupt, who is currently on assault charges for allegedly holding a gun against a local doctor's head and threatening to blow her brains out, who has against her two or three other current lawsuits for fraud has anything to offer the world as a 'Teacher?'

No this is just what it looks like.   West is running a cult and using her position as it's head to allegedly abuse and rob others and - until now - she has got away with it!

Unfortunately for her the days of propaganda, false testimonials, brain washing, using photos of others private property and saying it is her spa complex, raising money for projects that either do not exist or are never intended to get off the ground, using the protection of a cult to allegedly assault and rob others, these days are fast coming to an end.
