At some point in a dispute or argument between two parties one has to decide, if one is trying to get at the truth, which is the more credible of the two protagonists. What are they both saying? What is the quality of their evidence? What started out as a simple issue around a dispute over breach of contract has been turned into something much more important – who is telling the truth and what is the underlying truth?

I have presented countless pieces of evidence from many ex employees; ex board members of Ms West’s charity and students all the evidence points towards the fact that Ms West, or Surya Ma as she prefers to be called, is a ruthless autocrat running a cult whose main purpose is personal financial gain!

Many, many talented and hard working people have been unwittingly ‘sucked’ in to her organization to find out all too late that they are expected to work long hours sometimes seven days a week for low pay, late pay and little or no overtime. Some are also expected to give up their savings, mortgage their homes all so that Ms West can continue to enjoy the standard of living she has become accustomed to!

You have read the written statements and listened to some of the audio statements supplied by a small percentage of her victims now it is time to hear from Ms West herself!

On March 23rd 2003 Ms West, at her request, visited me at my home in Victor Montana with the stated aim of trying to resolve our difficulties. However because of her insistence that I meet with her alone (without my wife being present) I decided to record the meeting as insurance against any crazy behavior that might be directed toward me!

Whatever you may think of me or the quality of the evidence I have presented so far this is the real deal, Ms West being herself, with her guard down, unpracticed, unrehearsed and definitely not acting out the illusory persona aimed at hoodwinking the public!

And guess what, with her guard down, she goes ahead in her own voice and confirms all that I have been saying! Listen for yourself as she says that 'agreements' don’t matter, the truth does not matter, that she disposes of people like Kleenex, that yes, she is a control freak, she is not going to have partners! Furthermore if I press ahead and sue her for the pay and compensation, which is rightfully mine, she’ll get ‘down and dirty!’ Additionally the high cost of going to law to get justice will hit me much harder than her because my costs will come out of my pocket while hers will be paid for by…. the charity, students?

1. Ms West agreeing to all my ‘Breach of Contract’ claims.

2. “It doesn’t matter what is actually true.” A quote from Ms West.

3. “My agreements (Ms West's) are not worth anything at all!” Another quote from Ms West.

4. Ms West declaring that she is not going to have ‘business’ partners.

5. “I am an absolute control freak John and I continue to continue my business along those lines!” Another quote from Ms West.

6. “Yes, I have disposed of a lot of people (like Kleenex) lately!” Another quote from Ms West.

7. Charm offence where Ms West tells me that she gave her power away to me (joke) and that I was Prince Charming turn up on her doorstep to take away her problems.

8. The charm did not last long now Ms West tells me that I stabbed her in the back and ‘f**ked' her over (for wanting to get paid?) and that she is going to get down and dirty. Warning bad language!

9. The meeting ends on a bad note as I am accused of ‘f**king over a Spiritual Teacher (for wanting to get paid?).

Now how do you reconcile the what you have just heard with the image portrayed on Ms West's websites? Well you cannot and that is the whole point of making this information available to the public.
