My sites were recently pulled off air after another dishonest claim by Ms West to the site’s registrar.  Ms West must have thought it was going down permanently because she chose to put up a new site of her own entitled www.surya-source.com   This site contains what Ms West refers to as ‘Rebuttals’ of the material that I am putting up on my sites.

I cannot see this material from my own computer (they are blocking certain I.P. addresses) and checking with others who have ``issues`` with Ms West they cannot see the site either but those not involved can and some have sent me all the pages by email. 

All I can see on each page of this of Ms West's latest website is a rather fine picture of myself and my wife Lisa.  I do not deny that I went to SAI meetings; I have explained at length on many occasions that I was Ms West’s ‘Business Manager’ and as one of my tasks was to put together a Financial Budget and Marketing plan to sell her ‘intellectual property’ it was obvious that I would need to get to know what her ‘business’ was all about. 

Most of the employees were forced to partcipate in Ms West's brainwashing ceremonies it's part of the induction process into the cult!  

If you can see the photograph you will perhaps recognize the other person next to Ms West as Nura.  Nura disassociated herself with Ms West at about the time I did! 

You do not have to believe my version of reality if you want to know the truth about my relationship with Ms West and want to know who is extorting who then simply Google for information about Ms West in Canada! 

The rebuttal letters are from the usual suspects i.e. those currently involved as employees or with the cult.  Notice that there are NO ex employees that have given rebuttals against me to her – their statements are all on my website and the idea that I can somehow persuade them to do something against their will is utterly ridiculous! 

Fortunately I have a copy of all the rebuttals so they will be appearing on this site soon after it is rebuilt and re-launched in Canada and the UK.  In that way we can avoid the interruptions to service that are Ms West’s vain attempts to stifle the truth.  In the meantime if Ms West`s tech guy does not have your I.P. address you can view the letters for yourself. 

Of course Ms West does not have to deal with the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) as her sites are hosted in Australia far away from the reach of DMCA.  So Ms West can, with the help of her ‘creative writing team’ try to convince the public at large that the information published on my sites is not the truth but a hate campaign on my part aimed at extorting money from her!

Let us start by disseminating one of these 'Rebuttal' letters.

Jamie Haywood, West`s daughter in law has 'written' a rebuttal letter (click this link to read the letter), I put the word written in quotes because anyone who knows Jamie will know that the letter could not possibly have been written by her. (Read her testimony as given in court below to see what I mean!)  It is too articulate and looks like many other letters I have seen that have been written or dictated by Ms West.  

To ram this point firmly home I want to share with you a small extract from Chris Haywood's legal bill in respect of the custody battle between him and Kendall over their daughter Sondra.  It says on the legal bill, and I quote, "Review letter from Devra, re-draft letter to omit much of the language which does not sound like Chris, fax to Devra."

You can form your opinion as to what this means but it sure looks to me as though Ms West is writing her son's statement for him?

Those under Ms West's AKA Surya Ma's direct influence such as family, employees and students, either because of alleged brainwashing, fear of their jobs, or fear of physical violence simply do as they are told and allegedly commit perjury which places them even more under her control!

Anyway in this rebuttal, that Jamie Haywood signs her name to, in which I am accused by her of mounting a conspiracy against Ms West in the company of others, additionally I am accused of bribing others to say things and have, according to Ms Haywood, agreed to pay others legal fees if they side with me!

All of this is utter fiction and just shows the lengths West will go to cover her tracks and keep her profitable business afloat.  I must say if you are going to tell lies tell big ones and she is a Master at that - no argument there. 

Let us get back to Jamie Haywood.  To tell a lie to someone in private means that it is your word against theirs but to tell a lie in public and accuse others of being involved in that lie is just plain dumb. 

To go to court and give testimony under oath in one way and then claim that was all wrong - but now you really are telling the truth -(in the rebuttal letter) leaves one open to scorn and derision by all. 

I have circulated Ms Haywood`s rebuttal letter to all those she has accused of being in league with me.  I will obtain the statements of those who wish to commentand put them up on the web!

Suffice to say that Jamie Haywood, after speaking out recently (see 'Jamie Haywood Speaks' on this site) and going to court to testify that her mother in law, Ms West was public enemy number one has now changed her position 180 degrees to the point where Devra, her former arch enemy, is now totally supportive of her and a great person to be around! 

Sadly I fear Ms Haywood who recently won custody of her child from her husband a short while ago has, by her admissions in this rebuttal, not only served Ms West`s ends by clouding the judgment of others about me but she has also condemned herself should she ever end the marriage to Ms West`s son.  Getting custody of a child after signing that letter will be very difficult!  I do not blame Jamie - she is a victim like all the others. 

In any event let us keep my opinion out of this unlike Ms West and her advocates I want all who read this material to think for themselves and use their own sense of discernment to decide where the truth lies.

To that end here is the transcript (in the public record and supplied by Ms West`s ex daughter-in-law Kendall who is also now trying to get custody of her daughter from Ms West`s son) of the custody hearing that Jamie Haywood brought before the court to get custody of her daughter.  

Read the evidence that was given by her only a few months ago and decide then who you think is telling the truth!

I would like to draw your attention to the following passages:-

Page 6 Ms West alleges that she has four companies one of which is Millennia Mind Inc.  A recent article in the Bigfork Eagle alleges that only one of Ms West`s companies is in good standing.  (Click this link to read the article)

Millennia Mind is the subject of a lawsuit by me against Ms West who defrauded me out of shares and income.  Ms West told my lawyer in 2003 during deposition and under oath that this company was inactive and had no value but as you can see she still trades with it.

Page 10 Ms West alleges that she donates over 70 percent of her income to various good causes.  This should be verifiable and I am sure the IRS are checking this out against her tax returns.

Page 24 Ms West alleges, under oath, that I have been known to create `tabloid publications` in London and that was one of my past professions as tabloid publications!  I have never been involved in this line of work; this is an absolute lie.  Nor have I ever worked in London I defy Ms West to come up with anything she alleges I have written or authored during my fictional career in London. 

Page 24 Ms West alleges I have a lawsuit where I am seeking meritless funds if there were so then why did Ms West AKA Surya Ma go to so much trouble to have the recording of her admitting her guilt in this matter removed from my site in the USA.  These recordings will be up again soon - on this site once - it is migrated outside of the USA.   In the meantime Google Ms West on the web in Canada and see what you can find.

Page 25 Ms West alleges she has funded non profits to the tune of 20 million dollars. Again this can be checked out via her tax return.  There is an ongoing IRS investigation against Ms West so I am sure they will be all too happy to receive a copy of her testimony to add to all the information they have already.

Pages 25 to 29 inclusive is where Ms West is asked about lawsuit after lawsuit that is against her and all she keeps saying is, ``No, it’s not my fault it is all a misunderstanding?``  This is also the reply when she is asked about the assault on Dr Patricia! 

Go look at the letter written by Mr. Reynolds has posted on his employer's new site about the news article that appeared in the Whitefish Pilot.  He accuses the author of that article of being without morals, ethics or professional grooming as a journalist!

It seems nobody is entitled to their own opinion unless it coincides with that of his boss.  Of course the fact that he has allegedly leant $300,000 to his boss may have some bearing on his testimony!

Page 32 The subject of marijuana keeps coming up click this link to see what an early associate / victim alleges about Ms West and her ex husband Jack West in conection with the drug.

Pages 33 to 66 are witnesses giving evidence against Jamie Haywood.

Pages 67 to 68 Reveals that Jamie Haywood had in the past written a sworn statement to the effect that she had lied to the police!  On that occasion she apparently retracted a statement that she said was a lie with the result that got her husband off an assault charge. 

Now she is retracting evidence she gave at her custody hearing a few months ago!  I guess we can be sure she is telling us all the truth now can't we?

Page 70 Jamie claims, like many others, that she was being shamanically attacked by Ms West.  Hold onto this thought as she is not the only one to claim this and not the only one appearing at this hearing to claim it either!

Pages 85 Jamie begins to give testimony.

Page 90 Jamie asserts, as many others have, that Ms West abuses her employees.  She asserts she witnessed `lip lashings and whip lashings` and that the office employees went through hell!  She also alleges she saw Ms West strike Dr Patricia MD.

Pages 90 to 102 Jamie`s testimony about life with her husband.

Page 103 Jamie talking about her husband`s mother and how uncomfortable she is with her.  She refers to pictures of (Dr Patricia`s injuries?) alleging that she, Ms West, is capable of anything!

Page 108 Jamie alleges that Ms West bought her and her husband a house.  This must be out of the 30% she did not give to good causes?  Or is it out of the money she 'acquires' from Dr Patricia and others?

Page 110  Jamie alleges that Chris Haywood was served with a foreclosure notice by the police on the home that Ms West was paying for?  This at the same time 'fluorescent signs be put up on his mother's house?' 

I think what Jamie meant is that their circumstances were dire because Ms West was having trouble finding the money from her non existant her multimillion dollar businesses to pay for the rent or mortgages?

Page 113 Jamie refers to my website and under oath says, "There are probably 40 people out there with the same feelings and thoughts as she does!"  End quote!

Page 115 Jamie being asked if she knows what giving a statement under oath means and then being reminded that she gave two sworn statements in Colorado where she lied!  Jamie goes on to allege that she lied because she was repeatedly beaten. 

Page 127 Jamie talks about the email she sent me that I posted on my website.  As you can see from the language she used while giving her statement to court she could never have written the `rebuttal`  that Ms West & Co alleges comes from her. 

Jamie maintains that the email was from her and she says, and I quote, "she wrote every last drop of it!"  She says I changed "the writings."  What she means is that it was so badly written and the spelling was so off that I had to do the spell checker on it and change the grammar slightly to get it to make sense.  But as she says it is all hers! 

Except that now she is saying it is not?

Page 135 & 136 Rebecca West gives testimony and alleges that Ms West was, on many occasions, verbally and sometimes physically abusive towards friends, relatives and employees.  She goes on to allege that she witnessed Ms West scream, shout and swing at Dr Patricia MD and refers to photos she provided the court? 

She further alleges that Ms West threw a book at Wendy Stewart and that she was abusing ``all of us for hours on end!``  The same complaints have been made by many other employees since I left in 2002.  Many of whom have given me statements to put on my website in the hope that others, like Rebecca West & Dr Patricia MD, did not face the same treatment that they did.

Page 136 Rebecca West alleges that it has been determined twice that Ms West`s employ is considered a 'hostile working environment!'  Rebecca West alleges that Dr Patricia MD told her she had been assaulted by Ms West (Surya Ma).  She refers to the pictures she took of Dr Patricia MD`s injuries.

Page 139 Rebecca West talks about her emotional breakdown after alleging months and months of verbal and physical abuse from Ms West (Surya Ma) she goes on to say that she observed the same thing with Jamie. 

This is part of the conditioning West (Surya Ma) uses to break the wills of those who work for her.  You can look on the web under `Cults` and you will see that this is the same approach they all use to turn normal free thinking centered people into broken worker bees!

She talks about the abuse she alleged happened at the hands of Ms West (Surya Ma).  This concurs with what I have seen myself while working as a consultant for Ms West in 2002.  I saw her grab a woman, one of her house slaves, by the hair and slap her around the face.  The women`s crime was to ask for time off to see her children!

Page 140 Rebecca West goes on to tell the court about the alleged abuse of others Dr Patricia MD and Geoff Reynolds.

Page 142 Rebecca West refers to me as someone who is trying to help by trying to stop her Devra West AKA Surya Ma doing what she is doing to people. 

Here we are again Rebecca West refers to the same Shamanic attacks that West used against Jamie and that West uses on all her adversaries and victims to make them compliant or back off!  Of course the attacks are not witnessed by anyone and so West (Surya Ma) gets away with tormenting people, at a distance, because no court or police force will recognize that an assault has been committed.  And yet Ms West admits to studying Shamanism in a recent news article click this link to read the article.

Page 143 Rebecca West alleges that she asked me not to post her emails on the web this is not exactly true and you can check this for yourself by going to the 'Office Manager Speaks' page on my site and reading what she said. 

I agreed to assist her on condition that they were published and as you can see from the emails she stated that we could publish them but then she gets frightened off by the attention she is getting from Ms West AKA Surya Ma. 

I did apologize several times but not for publishing them but for the alleged intimidation she got from Ms West AKA Surya Ma after they were published.  Hiding the truth suits Ms West AKA Surya Ma it does not help the current victims or those to follow!

Rebecca goes on to say that Jamie was going to try to post something on my site.  Well Jamie has admitted in her own testimony that she did - so here is verification again.

I have no hate campaign against anyone.  I was defrauded by Ms West (sounds familiar?) and decided to go to court.  Ms West has used every trick in the book to try an avoid facing those charges and all the other charges against her.  As you heard earlier from Ms West's own testimony all the court cases, lawsuits are just some big misunderstanding - on everyone else's part!

As Ms West stated in the recordings that are on a web site in Canada she gets down and dirty with anyone who gets in her way!  She also says on the recordings that she uses people like Kleenex that is trut too!

I am told she currently does not have a lawyer and presumably that is why Dr Patricia's case is not going ahead at this time?

One of the tactics West AKA Surya Ma uses against those who dare to stand against her is a campaign of lies, the bigger the lie the better.  So I decided a long time ago not to walk away as others have but to fight for truth and justice on behalf of myself and those who cannot fight for themselves.

In short I am calling Ms West on all her lies.  The lies about me and the lies about others who have tried to let the public know what is really going on around her.

My website is the repository for all the information that I am getting from past employees and students.  The ex employees are all saying one thing and all the current employees are saying something else.  You do not need a degree to work out who is telling the truth!

Pages 144 to 159 Examination and cross examination of Ladean Miscampbell.

Page 163 based on the drug tests ordered by the court the judge comes to the conclusion that both parties to the custody battle, Jamie Haywood and Chris Haywood, have lied under oath and that were they to do it again they may be charged with perjury.

Well I leave it to for you to decide who is telling the truth here, Jamie Haywood with her rebuttal letter, Ms West AKA Surya Ma and her current employees or me and the other 40 or so employees who all seem to be saying the same thing?

I am not even going to bother rebutting the statements from the existing employees they are all under Ms West's control and their pronouncements are worth nothing! 

You have read the statements in the trial transcripts from Jamie Haywood and Rebecca West, Surya Ma's ex office manager, and you can read the countless statements on this site from ex employees.  If all this information does not convince you that I am telling the truth then nothing will.

I have passed the information to my lawyer and all other interested party's including the IRS.

For my part I am going to spend the next few days with my website builder to get copies of this site and my other site built so it can be put up outside the USA free from interference so that you can all see and hear:-

1.  The recording of my conversation with Surya Ma where she admits breach of contract in respect of my interest in Millennia  Mind  Inc.  Where she says she will get down and dirty if  take her to court.  Where she admits she disposes of people like 'Kleenex!'  Where she say the truth does not matter.  That agreements do no matter!

2. You can read the documents 'dictated' by the voices in Ms West's head wherin she admits there was an altercation with Dr Patricia MD.  Wherin she states that 'El Morea' (the voice in her head) said it was OK for her, Ms West, to abuse Dr Patricia MD and that although the beating was severe it was OK because Ms West did it from highest good and at all times from grace!

I have given this material to Dr Patricia MD that alone should count as an admission of guilt and should make her case.  I am also sending a copy of this material to the judge who presided in the custody case above pointing out to him that Ms West's testimony in the transcript where West denies assaulting Dr Patricia MD appears to be in conflict with what she is saying in her letter, dictated by the 'voice in her head,' and circulated to many - including me!

I am also passing this information to the local newspapers.  I forcast that Mr Reynolds will be criticising them again soon for their portrayal of his boss!

The truth is there if you want to see it and I intend, with the help of honest people, to keep relentlessly chipping away at the facade until the illusion that is Surya Ma crumbles.  Even if I have to put up a website on every continent on this planet.
