I have, over the previous two pages entitled “Rebuttals Galore” & “Know the Truth,” demonstrated beyond reasonable doubt that the evidence I have presented is substantial, compelling and from reliable sources.  Whereas the rubbish and lies put up on West’s site, allegedly penned by her captive audience is just that, rubbish and lies!

This has always been about who is telling the truth. 

This is not and never was about me and my employees, students and family lining up against Ms West’s employees, students and family.  If that were the case it would be hard to divine where the truth lies.

This is a battle for who is telling the truth and on one side is Ms West and those currently under her direct influence i.e. her existing employees and the few students she has left.  Lined up on the other side are me and Ms West’s former employees and Ms West’s former students and Ms West’s estranged family members.

I repeat again, not my former employees, not my former students and not my estranged family members!

Although there ARE newspaper articles chronicling Ms West’s downfall, and there ARE numerous lawsuits (which she maintains are all misunderstandings), an there ARE,  as we know, many victims coming forward to tell about their negative experiences as students, employees and family members still Ms West maintains that this is all a conspiracy!  She even got her existing employees to write to the newspapers chiding the independent media  for getting it all wrong!

In closing take a look at the ‘Puppet Master’ at work.

Here is an extract from Chris Haywood’s (Ms West’s son) legal bill (click this link to go to document) supplied to me by Kendall Strnad his ex partner and mother of their 8 year old daughter.  Look at the entry dated 9/9/05 which reads, and I quote, “Review letter from Devra, re-draft letter to omit much of the language which does not sound like Chris, fax to Devra.”

If only Ms West had done the same with the rebuttal letter Jamie Haywood is supposed to have written it might have been a little more credible, might have been!

Would this be a good time to reintroduce an affidavit from an ex board member of the charity, The Circle of Divine Unity, where the writer, A J White, alleges that Ms West 'diverted' an $80,000 contribution from the charity to pay for her son's legal fees in the matter of the above custody case?  Click this link to read the document.

Of course Ms West will allege that this is a conspiracy even though A J White left the charity before I started!

And on the subject of the former charity known as 'The Circle of Divine Unity' click this link and go to pages 28 & 29 of Ms West's testimony, given under oath, about her involvement with that charity!

On Page 28 she says that, and I quote,

"Um, it was an organization that was founded in the early '90's by the non profit that sponsored my work from time to time!"

And again I quote, "Well, they were supposed to have sponsored the work which I am sorry to say they did not do a good job of it."

And again I quote, "I served on their board of directors -- their board of directors for that for some period of time, I think 5 years or so!"

Warning to those currently serving as employees and board members.   You now know how much responsibility West is going to take when things really go wrong!  Make a paper trail to protect yourselves, so that if West appears in court again and say's its not her fault, "they did not do a very good job" you can prove who was doing what and when!

These statements (in the public record and given under oath) are about as far from the truth as you can get!  Ms West was not partially involved with the charity she was the charity and she was running it like the captain of a slave galley while, as you can read above in A J White's statement, allegedly diverting donations!

Then on Page 29 of the court record Ms West goes on to deny she is abusive towards her employees, deny that she has a propensity toward violence and then goes on to explain away all the lawsuits against her!

Read the other statements made in court about Ms West's behaviour, read all the statements on this site from ex employees and students!  How does Ms West explain this all away?  A conspiracy?  Me bribing them?  I don't think so!

And West wants to bring a defamation suit against me that she thinks she can win?  Hello!  Does she imagine that all the witnesses are going to change their minds, that her statements given under oath are going to go away, that there will not be more and more unhappy people joining the already long list as Ms West continues with her 'divine mission' here on earth amongst us sinners?

You can fool some of the people some of the time but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time!
