Dear All, Through the wonders of the World Wide Web I am able to update this site from anywhere in the world. Let me bring you up to date on developments over the past few months.

First of all an update on my legal case against West. I was due to go to trial on February 8th 2007 but West, using an orchestrated campaign of intimidation in the 6 week run up to the trial and with my unwitting help, managed to get the trial postponement until early July this year.

What I mean by an orchestrated campaign of intimidation is weeks of multiple telephone calls throughout the night. The first actually showed up on caller I.D. but subsequent calls were marked ‘Out of Area’ or ‘Long Distance’ hiding the identity of the caller. To cut a long story short my response to these ‘hidden’ attacks was seen by the legal establishment as ‘counterproductive’ and so the trial was postponed.

Now there has been an important development. About two weeks ago I was contacted by someone who wanted to share some information with me. I do not have permission to reveal this person’s identity nor do I have their permission to publish the statements or the documents they provided. However this individual has promised to allow me to publish all once he is out of harms way! Suffice to say the statements make harrowing reading and the documents will be useful in court. It seems that very little has changed over the four and a half years since I left!

The bullet points are:-

Dr Cole was allegedly severely beaten by West on a number of occasions. Apparently there are photos of her injuries!

Dr Cole has allegedly had $700,000 plus extorted from her by West.

I am told that the Na KaShela Retreat Centre and the house bought by Dr Cole are soon to be lost to foreclosure unless more money comes in! Dr Cole was allegedly forced to sign a "Quit Claim Deed" by West in respect of the house that Dr Cole bought in Lakeside. West apparently lives in the basement of this house with her son Che, his wife their newborn and his 7 year old daughter living upstairs!

The current Finance Controller has allegedly had $300,000 extorted from him by West!

Tanmayo’s son has allegedly asked West back for all the money that Tanmayo ‘gave’ West!

I am told that the last remaining doctor, Dr Williams, has ‘gave’ West $100,000 recently to keep going until the big money comes in!

West’s hopes of keeping the cult going now allegedly lay in getting funding from the CPEA initiative. I am told that she has applied for $30 Million in grants. With the Feds, the IRS and local law enforcement now keeping a close eye on her I will be very surprised if she gets a single cent and with all the current ‘donors’ squeezed so tight the pips are beginning to show who is going to fund Ms West appetite for expensive living?

I am told that approximately 30 employees have gone through the West ‘meat grinder’ over the past two years or so and 16 in the past ten months alone! Many of these have left being owed money and one was a Katrina relief worker - talk about 'out of the frying pan into the fire!'

The nightmare goes on however I have every confidence that it will be over very soon although I don’t see Ms West staying to face the music. It's my belief that she will soon flee the country to avoid her debts and incarceration perhaps taking only one loyal male supporter! I am told that she is already hoarding her valuables, jewels, works of art etc for a quick get away!

For my part, I am spending a lot of time in Europe. After West derailed the trial, or more accurately delayed it to July, she is desperate to serve me with a trumped up frivolous lawsuit in the hope, that if served, I’ll give up my case against her!

However from where I am sitting I seem to be in a very strong position. Once West has fled the country she will not be able to return to attend the trial so I will win the case against her by default - not that I would lose the case if she turned up to fight it! Once I have won and the judge is apprised of the other investigations, pending court cases etc I have no doubt that he will issue arrest warrants for West which will be served if she should she try to re enter the US. Visiting her children and grandchildren is going to be difficult!

Secondly, my websites will remain up and continue to be a lightning rod to those disaffected souls who have been allegedly abused, robbed or cheated. I have been promised statements from many of the 30 employees that have recently passed through West’s hands. Check out some of the statements on this site from 2002 & 2003 employees. I bet the most recent batch employees suffered just the same.

In fact when you read the recent statements you will see that West is still up to her old classic cult tricks, get the employees working long hours, 7 days a week, use the money in employees personal bank accounts with broken promises to pay it back, get them overdrawn and into debt, pay them late, bounce their pay checks etc - business as usual! I bet the West family members on the payroll are never paid late?

I expect to be given the go ahead to publish these statements (and yet more documents that have 'leaked' from West's office) on the web very soon.

My websites are rapidly becoming a repository for most of the 'published' evidence against West and a ‘once stop shop’ for law enforcement, the feds, the IRS and those who individually or collectively (as a class action suit) want to seek redress against West.

West, after fleeing abroad, will want to set the 'business' up again at a new location. At some point she'll have to 'come out' in public by advertising her presence as the 'Christed one' so that she can invite the spiritually confused to apply to become pupils / worshipers. Once resumes and bank statements have been inspected the new recruits will be sorted according to their (net) worth.

However I doubt whether she will be able to set up abroad as ‘Surya Ma 2’ (the second coming?) if there are pictures of her plastered all over the web with her rap sheet listed for all to see. To that end I have just paid for 2 years hosting in advance and bought another 5 pages so we are in this for the long haul.
