It is alleged that Chris, Ms West's son, (the one with the colorful past!) was in a car accident 1 month after receiving custody of his daughter Sondra in 2004.

The girl that allegedly hit Chris happened to be the daughter of Ms West's housekeeper (what an unfortunate family!).  Chris sued the girl and they settled out of court.  Chris is now allegedly suing the insurance company of the car he was driving - I don't know how far along he is with this.

Now I am not suggesting for a moment that Ms West's son has or is using an unfortunate car accident to gain financial advantage but given what I know of his alleged police record and his mother's activities I feel it my duty to pass on what I know to both insurance companies so that they can, as it were, know what they are dealing with.

I hope that the earnings he declared as part of any alleged claim match the earnings on his tax returns! The IRS will know. Let us see where this has gone or is going!
