Last night my family and I received another 'message' from the cult lady (the one who claims she was General Patton and a Cheyenne Medicine woman in past lives!).  Let us just say that the message we received contained 100% 'ill will.'  I guess she still believes her medicine woman parlour tricks will ultimately work against me and that I'll shut up shop, withdraw my court case and pull down this web site?  Is that likely after 5 years?  No No No!

However I am grateful to the cult lady for her communication as I was getting lazy but now that I have received a reminder I shall react by getting busy - very busy!

For the next few days I will sit on the phone and call every newspaper in Montana to circulate the recent story published in the Whitefish Pilot the more people that know about Ms West and her "cry like a baby friggin healing powers" the better!  I shall also pass the published story onto the national media, Nancy Grace, Glenn Beck and Dr Phil again.  I wonder if the Women in Business group are aware of Ms West's healing powers - let us find out.  The beauty of having published material (with my web address in it) is that it is now in the public record and can be picked up and circulated by anyone.

Yesterday I got an email from Ms West's stepdaughter Pheadra who had inserted herself into the debate about family values.  The thrust of her message was that I should not involve the family in my campaign to 'out' Ms West.  Actually two other members of the family, fearing for their children's safety, had asked for my help involvement.

Pheadra has asked me not to post her emails or to circulate them to others and I will honor her request but here is my response to her email.

You requested that I not publish your email on my website I have complied with your request. Now that you have asked me not to forward your emails to anyone I'll now comply with that request too.

In closing our dialogue for good let me just say this.

Your stepmother has shown herself to be utterly ruthless in her dealings with others. The stuff we hear about, some of which is featured on my site, is the tip of the iceberg. Apart from the overt physical brutality we hear about such as alleged around the Dr Pat MD incident (as reported in the Whitefish Pilot article) Ms West also has other tricks up her sleeves that she uses to keep her victims quiet or as a means of persuading those that don't 'voluntarily' give her what she wants!

In the recent court custody hearing where Jamie sought custody of her child Jamie accused Ms West of putting a 'curse' on her. West's lawyers tried to make light of this and ridicule Jamie but Jamie still got custody. Jamie is not the only one to accuse Ms West of, shall we say, sending 'ill will' to them and lets face it a lot of her adversaries do seem to have unfortunate things happen to them. Ms West may think she is very clever using this 'behind the scenes secret weapon' then sitting back and watching as people try to describe what is happening to them. The lawyers and law enforcement all think the 'victims' are crazy and the mere mention of curses, black magic, Shamanic energy etc only undermine the victim’s credibility allowing West to get away with it all. But this is changing, so many have come forward and Ms West, ever the egomaniac, has in the recent newspaper article let the cat out of the bag!

The highlights of the comments she allegedly made to the reporter are - "If you ever saw me heal you'd get down on your ‘friggin’ knees and cry like a baby!" She also alleges to being a Cheyenne medicine woman in another lifetime and General Patton in another. Mix them all together in this life time and you have an authoritarian witch doctor who won't take no for an answer! Hence Pat Cole allegedly having a gun held against her head etc etc. Neither does it take a genius to realize that if a healer can send good energy to heal someone who is ill then someone like West is certainly capable of sending ill will to her adversaries to make them ill and low and behold there are more and more people coming forward saying just that!
 

Now my family and I have been the subject of Ms West's 'talents' on an almost daily basis for many months now. Unfortunately for Ms West I am practically immune from her charms however I do take a very dim view of Ms West's daily attempts to intimidate me and I do see what she is doing to others. Not having a former lifetime as a medicine woman to call on I rely instead on getting the truth out via the internet about her many indiscretions against others. She attacks me I publish exposé’s. It seems there is much to publish and many years of work ahead!

As for your brother. I did not ask for any of the information that I have received it all came to me from others who thought I ought to have it. Now even if your brother is 'innocent,' which judging from his criminal record is unlikely, those two girls by living with, or close to, Ms West are in real danger! Ms West has shown utter contempt for my family and the families of her other victims. Ms West attacks me and my family and I respond by warning the public at large of the dangers of association with West - and there are real dangers as Dr Pat MD and many others have found out. From your perspective that may seem like I am 'stirring the pot.' Not so! Ms West, Surya Ma or whatever other alias she is now using, makes a handsome living out of the public by blatantly deceiving them into believing she is something she is not - where I come from we call that fraud! As long as she continues to portray herself as an up market Mother Teresa I'll keep using the evidence that I am given by others, even other family members, to discredit her and show her for what she really is.

Your step mother has a date in court with me sometime soon. My case for breach of contract will be decided on its merits not on whether Ms West and her motley crew of cult members can scare me off with their medicine woman stuff, calls in the middle of the night etc. Ms West has got 'down and dirty' just as she promised she would do and as she has done with everyone else who has stood against her but neither false witnesses, manufactured evidence or calls in the middle of the night will do her any good where I am concerned. I am afraid Ms West has made a huge error of judgment that has, is and will cost her dearly.

And if when I appear in a Montana court I am served with a lawsuit for defamation then I will deal with that too after all truth is an absolute defense against defamation. If the publicity over the next twelve months from all these court appearances does not finish her off for good then four or five years down the road I'll gladly defend the defamation case. However long before that I suspect Ms West will have been ruined by her many indiscretions, the IRS (who are beavering away in the background) or the attendant publicity that follows each new revelation. If Ms West still has the appetite to go to court (and face even more publicity) I'll have a mountain of information from other cases already heard which will prove she is just what I say she is - I'll be vindicated for telling the truth and probably awarded a medal. Who knows maybe a four star general will pin it on me.

I do not know what you meant by your last remark, "I lived with her as her stepdaughter for seven years - give that some thought? If you saw stuff then you'll know what we are dealing with - maybe you'll share some of it - in the public interest you understand?
