Melancholy Messiah?

I hear from a very reliable source that one of the first things that Ms West AKA Surya Ma does each day is check my website to see if another page has gone up.  Well she is not alone there are hundreds checking the site out every week.

She should also know that I have now sent out 47 copies of the recording of Ms West and myself meeting in March 2003 so we must be near the critical tipping point where the truth about this grifter starts to ‘overwhelm’ the lies and propaganda as put up on her website, newsletters etc.

I am also told by the same reliable source that Ms West is really stressed out about the upcoming trial in November.  As you may know a series of lawsuits have been brought against Ms West mainly for money related issues and to add to Ms West’s woes there is an active IRS investigation going on in the background.  

However the first trial coming up in November concerns the alleged assault of a local female doctor.  According to a local newspaper, the Whitefish Pilot, Ms West held a gun against the doctor’s head and threatened to blow her brains out saying she had the authority from God to do so!  Click this link to read the whole story.

Now I worked with Ms West for six months in 2002 so I know for sure she is not a God, not a Saint, not even an Avatar but just a clever and resourceful grifter who, after being bankrupt, decided to set up shop in one of the few remaining states in the US that turns a blind eye toward white collar crime.

So what do you think is the truth?

Is it likely that a true humanitarian, a jewel of jewels (as recently described on her own site) a world teacher and, if you would believe the propaganda, a prophet with a direct line to God, is it likely that this kind of person would end up leaving a trail of damaged lives in her wake for the past 20+ years? 

Is it likely that a true humanitarian would interact with just about every employee that has gone through her ‘businesses’ in such a way that some, indeed most leave with serious grievances?

Is it likely that a true humanitarian would find herself in the newspapers after allegedly threatening to blow one of her employee’s brains out this after allegedly extorting several hundred thousands of dollars from the aforementioned employee? 

Of course if you believe Ms West’s side of the story this employee allegedly owed her over a million dollars in tuition fees!  Ooopps!  This still does not sound like a humanitarian to me?

Anyway if Ms West is God’s right hand woman then she’ll perform a miracle and the whole sordid situation including her cult will be transformed with fairy dust into something quite wholesome!

On the other hand even if Ms West is just the devious grifter I know her to be then let’s not forget that she is still a human being. 

Just think of the enormous stress she must be under as the trial date looms toward her.  Think of the dilemma.

1.      If she goes to court she is likely to lose because she has a history of alleged abuse against women (check this site for statements).  Additionally it has just come to light (YET AGAIN) that she has a habit of providing herself with false statements to use against her victims in court.  The current employees are given a choice - lie on her behalf or be fired!  Click this link for the latest revelation.  Perjury is a serious business and may involve a jail sentence - that must be a big worry!

And somehow I do not think the, “I was testing a new therapy and had the patients permission to allegedly beat her black and blue and assault her with a gun,” approach is going to work?

2.        Assuming she can settle out of court for allegedly holding a gun against someone’s head and threatening to pull the trigger there is the freedom of information act so pretty soon everyone will know that Ms West was guilty by implication.

Given that the press are eagerly waiting with pens poised to write the next instalment, not to mention yours truly who has allocated five pages to editorial on the very subject, I don’t see how Surya Ma’s fall from grace can be kept out of the media – do you?

3.        There are two more trials coming up behind this one and on top of that there is a labour board tribunal brought against Ms West by her ex office manager!

In summary it would appear that reign of the fake guru, Surya Ma, is all but over!  I am sure there will be many who will rejoice from, at one end of the scale, the victims like Dr Patricia MD who have allegedly lost hundreds of thousands of dollars and their dignity to the Master Teacher.
 

And at the other end of the scale the home owners in Lakeside who found pictures of their home in West’s literature misrepresented as part of Surya Ma’s Spa Complex!

I suppose if you are a VIRTUAL Guru it is OK to have a VIRTUAL Spa Complex.  But is it legal to accept REAL money from donors when the ‘fundraising’ is for an objective that either does not exist, or in the case of the monks in Nepal, when only a tiny fraction of the funds will find their way to the target?

Or is it that, as God's right hand women, it is all regarded as being hers (God's) to use as she sees fit?  Maybe man's law does not apply to God's prophets?
