I have referred several times on this site to my own legal case and how, when I announced issuing it against Ms West her response, in true mafia style, was to announce to my face that, in opposing me, she would, "Get so down and "f**king dirty!"

Well she did get down and dirty (and still does!) and one of her favourite ways of doing that is to get other members of her cult to lie for her.  She has an endless supply of false witnesses who can be called into service to combat the many lawsuits and labour board tribunals launched against her.

Four years ago, in the knowledge that I was launching a lawsuit to get compensation for shares and wages owed, she called all her employees together and told them to write false statements about me or be fired! 

Just about everyone has since retracted those statements but below is a copy of an email that I got a few days ago from one of the last to retract.  I have promised not to put the sender's name and contact information up on the web for fear of reprisals however in every other respect the email is factually correct and the original (with name and contact information) has been sent to the law firms acting on behalf of the current victims.

Is it no wonder that victims like Dr Patricia, who alleges being badly physically beaten by Surya Ma, (see Whitefish Pilot newspaper article) have had an uphill battle for justice!  However this must change as more and more information comes out about Ms West's corrupt ways!  Information like the following email.

I, "Ex Employee," wish to retract statements given by me in the case of John Watson v. Devra West. The statements were made under duress from Ms. West, my employer at the time. Ms. West edited the statements herself, and verbally threatened to fire me if I did not include the information that she supplied me with.

At no time was I privy to the details of the private discussions between John Watson and Ms. West, and therefore any statements I made should have no bearing on the case.

This statement is given freely on Monday, October 1^st, 2007.

And just to show that this behaviour is not a 'flash in the pan' here is a statement from someone who should know Ms West's personal secretary of 19 months, Barbara Costantino.  Barbara was there when these ficticious 'statements' where created she attests in her statement that Ms West does rewrite history every time someone leaves.  Click this link to view statement.

Let us hope that in any upcoming hearings the current batch of 'witnesses' for Ms West will be put on notice as to the consequences of perjury.

Is this the kind of spiritual teacher anyone needs?  Look at all the evidence on this site, read the newspaper articles as I have said before if it walks like a duck, sounds like a duck it probably is a duck!  This women is a 'grifter' pretending to be something she is not and operating in Montana (as opposed to NY or LA) because they show little interest in 'white collar' crime!
