Know the truth!

I have read propaganda and lies that Ms West recently put up on her website about me entitled “Be informed - Know the truth.”  I sense her utter desperation as she tries, unsuccessfully, to counter the tidal wave of negative information about her that is coming into the public domain. 

Some of the choice pieces of slander that are just completely over the top another sign that her holiness is getting desperate!  ‘Methinks she protests too much!’

But let us play along as Surya Ma and her creative writing team present a front to the world which looks less and less spiritual, reasonable and honest.  They say there is no smoke without fire so let us look at the substance, the underlying fire as it were in both camps!

Is there any substance to the accusations against me?

Ms West asserts “That health officials have profiled me as being mentally unstable and at risk of complete psychosis.”   Which health officials, what are their names and addresses?  There aren’t any!  NO fire there.  NO Substance.

Ms West asserts that I have bribed people to say things.  Trust me I do not need to bribe anyone; people come to me of their own volition.  Who are these people?  If there were bribes there would be a paper trail, bank statements etc. there is nothing.  NO fire there.  NO Substance. 

Ms West asserts “Several lawsuits have been filed against him both civil and criminal.”  Where are these lawsuits?  In which courts?  Who has filed them?  There are no lawsuits except the one West has tried to file against me in the US.  She reasons that I will not come and fight for truth and what I am owed if there is a multimillion dollar counter suit for defamation against me.  Don’t bank on that especially at the rate I am gathering information.  I already have enough to prove to a court that what I am saying is true.  Her counter suit against me is an intimidation tactic.  It is part of, “getting down and dirty.”  NO fire there.  NO Substance.

It is not I who have postponed trial dates and anyone looking at the court records can verify that our trial with Ms West as defendant has not been postponed 5 times and when it has been postponed it was because of her not me.  Check out the court records to see why Dr Patricia’s lawsuit, which was supposed to have been heard in October, against West was delayed.  I understand that West has just lost yet another lawyer?  Oh dear that is going to delay things even further?  No fire there.  No Substance.

The rant goes on to say that Surya Ma, Ms West’s stage name, does not dignify this with a response but actually she does give a response, but if truth be known she writes it all and if not she edits other people’s work so many times she might as well have written it herself!

In the face of Ms West and her cult member’s attempt to character assassinate me please consider this:-

There is no fire, no substance just rants, bluster, and slander in a vain attempt to take the attention away from her.  I am not pretending to be something I am not.  I do not make a living off the public at large nor do I have a constituency to appeal to.  I do not have to hide the truth about me from the public for fear of spoiling the gravy train.  I have no unhappy ex employees.  I have no lawsuits against me with the exception of West’s counter suit.

Yes I teach Reiki it is honest work and I have zero clients who have filed complaints against me.   The hidden writer of Ms West’s failed attempt at character assassination (Ms West?) refers to my involvement with Reiki as “shallow but true orientation.”  This sounds a lot like judgement to me and this from a so called spiritual teacher (joke), this from someone who admits to studying Shamanism and uses it regularly against her victims and moneyed targets?

In summary Ms West and her cohorts have failed to post one single credible piece of evidence against me; in fact the only person upset with me is Ms West!  However if you listen to the recording of our meeting in March 2003 (it is available on the web in Canada and will soon be available on this site once this site is migrated outside the USA) Ms West described me then as her knight in shining armour!

Now, five years later, Ms West and her creative writing team, the same team that give us all that crap about her and her countless miracles etc are just out to destroy me as a credible witness but this is hard to do because I am not asking anyone to believe me (I am not running a cult) I am asking them only to look at the quality of the evidence and decide for themselves

We have looked at the quality of evidence against me now let’s look at Ms West’s record!

Let us start with the two articles written in the local papers The Whitefish Pilot & The Bigfork Eagle.  These articles were thoroughly researched and the reporter and editor made sound judgements about the article based on their research.  The only ones complaining about the 'competancy' of the staff who wrote them is West's own employees wheeled out to sign letters that their boss wrote!  Fire there and substance too!

Ms West currently has a raft of lawsuits against her.  I do not ask you to take my word for it go to the previous page ‘Rebuttals Galore’ and read the lawyer, who interrogated her, go through the list.  This evidence is not hearsay it is credible and real and is all on public record.  Fire there and substance too!

Read on the previous page entitled ‘Rebuttals Galore’ and read what Ms West, AKA Surya Ma’s, ex office manager said about her in court and under oath.  Fire there and substance too!

I have statements from quite a few of West’s  ex employees (and students) Ms West’s ex office manager alleges in her email to me that there are about 40 or so of them who are upset and angry and she says that she knows who all of them are by name.  Read her ex office manager’s emails to me by going to the page entitled ‘Office Manager Speaks!’ where in desperation she tells me what is happening and alleges the same in court under oath!  This is a real person with a real name and a real identity.   Fire there and substance too!

Read what her daughter in law Jamie Haywood said about her in court.  Fire there and substance too!

Read what all of the ex employees featured on this website have said about her.  This stuff is not made up by a creative writing team these people were employees of West’s and some, like her ex office manager, have taken their complaints to the labor board!   This can all be verified!  It is all in the public record you just have to look.  Fire there and substance too!

These people are not my friends; I know the ones who were involved with West in 2002 but do not know any of the newer employees but those who contact me, I am 2,000 miles ay in another country which makes some of the accusation against me a little absurd, they are all saying and alleging the same thing - this cannot be just a big coincidence!

Nor can it be a coincidence that both of the women who were / are partnered with Ms West's son were /are both saying the same thing! 

Some associated with Ms West allege being abused physically and mentally and some say they were cheated out of money or allegedly had it extorted from them.  It is not me saying this it is her ex employees saying this.  Fire there and substance too!

And what about these rebuttal letters West has all of a sudden put up on her site.  Are we all expected to believe that all of her employees, current employees ONLY that is, suddenly decided on the same day to write testimonials that trash me while at the same time go to great lengths extol the virtues of their employer?  Do they think we are all that simple?
 

Do they think that Jamie Haywood, who if you read the transcript of the court recorder, expresses herself in a certain way suddenly becomes articulate enough to write the 'rebuttal' that she is alleged to have written?

I know how this works – I was there!  West tells them that they are going to write these statements, or sign ones that she has written on their behalf, or they are fired.  That explains why she gets them all at the same time and all, more or less, saying the same thing!   Whereas the information I am sharing on the web comes to me via email, a piece at a time, over years from people I have not met and never heard of, is unsolicited and comes from 2,000 miles away!

Get a life woman – the game is over!  Your bluster and anger at me cannot dismiss all the credible evidence that I have collected about you and your ‘business!’  The overwhelming message of alleged abuse, alleged extortion, alleged intimidation, and alleged violence towards others cannot be undermined by a few silly rants that have NO Fire and NO Substance!

In a few days time the all the documents and recordings that West has tried so hard to suppress will once more be available to the world via the web.  But in addition to the constant drip, drip, drip of the truth wearing away at the ‘illusion’ West has created for herself is the reality that she cannot change who she is.  This leopard is not going to change her spots!

Sometime soon we will all be witness to West appearing in court for alleged assault against Dr Patricia.  An assault that West, while being cross examined by counsel in the recent custody case, vehemently denied happened.  And yet this women has a history of alleged violence towards others, there were witnesses and to cap it all she wrote an admission in the form of one of these idiot channellings where she, no sorry the voice in her head (El Morea?), admits the beating was severe but was done from highest good and at all times with Grace!  And she still thinks by her delaying tactics and other means she can get away with it!

I have a slam dunk case against West myself in respect of my lawsuit for breach of contract.  I have her admission of guilt too this time on audio tape.

I have no doubt that Mike Hendrickson also has a watertight case against Ms West but do you see her settling with any of these parties?  No why settle when you can alegedly lie, cheat, decieve, intimidate, stall, etc.  All the while pretending to the world that you are a messenger from God with special powers come to save humanity!  It is a difficult somersault to do but in the age of free speech but with the internet it is nigh on impossible to do!

Ms West says I am abusing the internet by sharing the truth about her, not just my truth, but truth as seen from the perspective of her ex employees, students and business associates.

The whole point of the internet is to allow ordinary people a voice and to allow the free and easy spread of information between people.  Corruption is now much harder to hide as a result of this.  On the other hand people like West now have a platform from which to spread their message.  All I ask is that you weigh the evidence and use your discernment.  I am not selling anything - Ms West is!

How on earth do you reconcile all of this information with what appears on her website?  The whole thing is an elaborate fraud.  I know I was there!  I think the Fire and Substance is all on my side and so are the other victims who are coming forward in increasing numbers to be counted.
