HOSTILE WORKING ENVIRONMENT?

While we wait for the deliberations of the labor board who have to decide between the honest and just claims of Rebecca West (Surya Ma's recently departed office manager) that she worked in a 'hostile working environment' while employed by Ms West.

Or believe Ms West's and the cults version of events that Surya Ma, AKA 'The Slayer of the Truth,' is in fact a Saint and therefore incapable of sin.  

If we look at some of the evidence it is so blatantly obvious who is telling the truth that even a bumbling Inspector Cluso could not fail to arrive at the right decision!

At a glance:-

1.  There are numerous complaints by previous employees over many years of mental and physical abuse meted out by West as she forces her staff to work long hours under feudal conditions often paid late or not at all!  Read some of the testimony on this site!

2.  Currently, apart from this labor board complaint and others before West is shortly appearing in court (Septemeber 18th) for assault against one of her students / employees.  What I do not understand is how holding a gun to someones head and threatening to blow their brains out, as alleged by a recent article in the Whitefish Pilot, is a misdemeanour?  Click this link to read the article.

3.  There is my court case against West coming up for breach of contract and fraud.

4.  There is Mike Hendrickson's court case for similar matters coming up soon.

5.  There is Reia Winn's court case coming up for similar matters too.

(click this link to read the article).  If one ignores the propaganda spouted by the cults latest mouthpiece the facts are that, "Out of 6 businesses mentioned in West's literature only one is currently in good standing!" 

The whole thing is an illusion which uses ficticious businesses, often portrayed using other people's property, all with the purpose of sucking in money for West and recruits for the cult. 

Apart from the new personalities West's 'business' has not changed a bit since I left 5 years ago.  None of the ideas will ever reach fruition they are not meant to they are banners on which to raise money so that Ms West can massage her huge ego and live in luxury while the brainwashed flock burn incense at her feet!

In the face of the inevitable truth that West is corrupt and running a cult what does the cult do? 

It closes ranks around the tyrant and manufactures whatever  'evidence' and testimony it feels is necessary to discredit the victims and hand victory to the leader.

My respectful advice to the labor board and to others presiding over these cases is to look at the long list of complaints over the years by honest ordinary people. 

Anyone looking dispassionately into the history of this self appointed deity (fraud) will see the trail of wrecked lives.  Many now have large mortgages taken out because they were harrassed into giving money to the 'guru,' many have lost their life savings, marriages failed etc. 

What we are hearing and reading about is the tip of the iceberg!  Just about all of the so called students and employees regret their involvement with West but none knew they were being recruited into a cult - well they won't tell you that will they - but I will!
