Seldom do you get someone committing an alleged assault against a victim where there are witnesses to the alleged assault, photos of the victim’s injuries and a signed confession and have the defendant take out copyright on her confession?

Of course nothing is that straightforward where Ms West is concerned or shall we call her by her latest alias, Surya Ma!

Yes the alleged assault did take place read about it in the two news articles that Ms West’s employees are calling bad journalism.  They have to do and say what she says or they get fired!  Check out the Whitefish Pilot and the Bigfork Eagle.

Of course Ms West denies the assault and also denies the alleged attempted extortion of Dr Patricia’s entire net worth by manufacturing false invoices for fees that do not exist!

So Ms West, sorry her holiness Surya Ma, denies to the newspapers that she assaulted Dr Patricia MD then on July 12^th 2007 goes to court to give testimony on behalf of her son Chris where she also denies assaulting Dr Patricia MD.  Click this link to read court transcript – go to page 29.

“Absolutely not.  No way, No how - - absolutely not.”  Is what she said under oath in court.

 Of course lying in court in front of a judge while giving testimony under oath is hardly a problem for this Master Teacher it’s like water off a ducks back.  However her Achilles heel is keeping the rest of the cult on board and so it was that Ms West, the Master Manipulator, decided it was time to give the worshippers another message from God, well the 'Masters' will have to do! 

So Ms West dictates one of those gobbledygook spiritualise nut job letters that come from her head whenever she needs a get out of jail card or in this case justification for the alleged beating of Dr Patricia MD.  After all Dr Patricia MD was one of them (with a high net worth) so you have to keep the troops on side – on Ms West’s side so Surya Ma, West’s alter ego, pens “The Law of Severity on the Path to Purification.” Click the links below to read the document!

Wherein West admits there was an altercation and admits the alleged beating was severe but was dealt with from highest good and at all times with grace.  Not only is there an admission of guilt but Ms West goes on to justify the alleged beating because she says that Dr Patricia MD was somehow involved with the Nazis in a previous lifetime!  Classic West brainwashing, classic West manipulation, classic cult tactics! 

However we all know that Dr Patricia MD was targeted not because of any fictitious crimes West alleges she committed in a former lifetime but because she had money and Ms West, AKA her holiness Surya Ma, wanted it and was going to use any means to take it from her as she has done so many times before with others!

So one of the employees who was witness to all of this and who was given the letter, dictated by the voices in West’s head, as justification for the alleged beating passed the letters to me and I published them on the web.

I did this as part of my campaign to show this imposter for what she really is - a fraud who uses a school and a business to suck in students and employees who all too late find they are part of cult.  The cult is like a private corral where Ms West corners the most promising specimens and uses menaces and violence to get what she wants from them.

Back to Dr Patricia MD.  I believe the alleged assault did take place, West denies it to the newspapers, to the judge and to the lawyer who cross examined her in July.  However, she admits it to the rest of the cult and seeks to justify the alleged assault to them. 

When I put a copy of her confession up on the web she writes to my website hosts and cries foul.  I am forced to take down her confession from this site because of the way the Digital Millennium Copyright Act works in the USA.  However these documents are now back up on my website in Canada and will shortly be going up in the UK too.

The one good thing about Ms West lodging a copyright claim is that she is formally stating (at pain of committing perjury – not that this has ever bothered her before) that she is the owner of the documents in question!

So at the upcoming trial let us see if Ms West tries to deny that “The Law of Severity on the Path to Purification,” belongs to her?  So far it has her name on it and she has asserted that it is copyright to her.

Things are looking good for Dr Patricia MD and bad for Ms West and cult central.  I hope those who have manufactured statements in support of Ms West get all they deserve!

Below is an abridged copy of Ms West’s copyright claim.  Once again my webhosts do not care whether the claim is honest or correct.  If a claim is made you have two choices take the material down or accept a lawsuit.

Basically she claimed copyright of the photo of her that I had on every page.  That photograph was taken by my wife and she did not sign anything handing copyright over to Ms West.  Nor can Ms West produce a document saying she did!  But as I have just explained the copyright allegations do not have to be true they just have to be made!
