Ms West’s employees, like canary’s on steroids, keep singing the lyrics she has written for them i.e. she’s innocent, it’s a conspiracy, I saw her walk on water, she brought my cat back to life etc etc.

I don't blame them for this as it is not like they have a choice!  Click this link to read what one of her favourite employees / teachers / facilitators wrote to me.  I agreed not to put her name on the internet but I can tell you it rhymes with Inendre Gorge!

Against this background of lies and misinformation I and my ‘eye’ reporters keep stating the obvious truth that cannot be denied.

How do we know it’s the truth?  Because we go back to that which is beyond question in this case Ms West`s own testimony!

While giving testimony for her son Chris in the matter of the custody hearing between Chris and Jamie Haywood to decide who got custody of their daughter Ms West was cross examined by Jamie`s lawyer about all the lawsuits that were filed against her.  (Click this link to read the transcript and start at the bottom of page 24)

Ms West, as you can read for yourself, when questioned about the multiple lawsuits against her goes to great length to say, under oath, that it`s not her fault, it’s all a big misunderstanding on the part of the people who filed against her!  On one of the lawsuits she say's, "And he will not be paid either.  The work was an absolute debauchery etc."  It seems she might have paid after all?

Well I received a phone call from one of her `relatives’ last night who had spoken to someone who had access to the court records.  This relative alleges the following:-

1.       That one of the lawsuits had been settled after Ms West signed a `confession of judgement` and paid $20,500 to settle the case.

2.       Another of the lawsuits has been settled for an undisclosed amount.

3.       That Ms West`s lawyer has filed a motion to withdraw from representing her. (In the assault case?)

4.       That Chris Haywood was still testing positive for THC.

5.       That the trial (for assault?) is still going ahead on November 27 2007.

The above information, which will be clarified with more information tomorrow, begs two or three big questions.

First question, if Ms West said in court that these lawsuits were all misunderstandings on the part of the plaintiffs then why has she settled them out of court?  And does Ms West still maintain that my lawsuit for breach of contract is a misunderstanding too?  Well it is not! 

And to ram the point home to Ms West`s employees, and anyone else reading the fiction on her website, you can now go listen once more to Ms West admitting, during a conversation that was recorded on audio tape, that she was guilty of breach of contract and much more! 

Unfortunately I am NOT allowed to tell you to go to the sister site surya-ma-unplugged nor am I allowed to have any live links to that site!

And what of Mike Hendrickson`s lawsuit against West?  This one was brought about when West transferred the charity`s $1.7 million dollar property into her own trust fund forcing the bank to call on a note that Mike had generously written to keep the charity`s finances afloat.

And last but not least what about the assault lawsuit being heard at the end of this month on November 27^th?  Just to refresh your memory click on this links to read about it in the Whitefish Pilot and Bigfork Eagle.

Once again Ms West denied under oath in court this summer that she assaulted Dr Patricia.  This in spite of witnesses, in spite of injuries on the victim and in spite of other employees coming forward and alleging that Ms West was `creating` with the help of other employees false invoices for nonexistent fees that quite by coincidence all added up to exactly Dr Patricia`s net worth!

If that was not bad enough Ms West then, acting as Surya Ma, took dictation from the 'voices in her head' and wrote a letter entitled "The Law of Severity on the Path to Purification" to the other members of the cult in an attempt to justify what had obviously happened. 

In the letter she admitted that there was an altercation, that it was severe but that, and I quote Ms West - sorry Surya Ma,  "Given from highest good and at all times with grace!"

One of the witnesses to this assault sent me a copy of Ms West`s 'admission' letter, "The Law of Severity on the Path to Purification," and I posted on my two websites at which point Ms West did something really dumb which was that she claimed copyright of her 'admission of guilt' and made a complaint under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to my website host which had the effect of forcing me to take the document down or accept a lawsuit from Ms West.  

I have since moved one of my sites (surya-ma-unplugged) outside the USA and beyond the reach of the DMCA and put all of these documents and recordings back up for everyone to read and listed to.  However I CANOT recommend that you visit this site nor can I have active links to it which is why I left the www off the front and the .com off the end of the address!

In conclusion the 64,000 dollar question is what is Ms West going to do now about this matter, this most pressing of big misunderstanding!

There are to my mind four options:-

1.       Get another lawyer quickly.  But she has had 5 or 6 in the last 5 years and who wants to represent such a walking disaster?

2.       Represent herself at trial – never a good idea!

3.       Agree a massive out of court settlement although that may not be possible as the assault element may not be a civil matter?

4.       Flee the country.

We will not have long to wait!  Kendall, the mother of Ms West`s granddaughter Sondra who is fighting for custody of her daughter from Ms West`s son Chris is convinced, from talking to other relatives, that Ms West is going to flee the country.

If that happens what of the employees?  What about Geoff Reynolds loan of $300,000?  I guess given his enthusiastic advocacy of Ms West He'll be happy with an I.O.U?

Whatever she does the Surya Ma cult I am holier than thou give me your money scam is just about over!
