Like a creeping cancer everything Devil West touches gets corrupted by lies, deceit and manipulation. Any outside agency that decided to do a survey of past employees that worked for Surya Ma (AKA ‘The Slayer of Illusion’) would quickly realize two things.

1. There is such a high employee turnover.

2. Most of them left unhappy and owed money!

Of course when you come to the realization that Devil West is running a CULT then it all makes sense. The new intakes are ‘graded’ by their use to THE MASTER TEACHER! Those who are of no use as a source of money or fail to agree to work for nothing cleaning out the toilets in her home in exchange for salvation are dispensed with within the 90 day limit after which you have to have a legitimate reason for firing someone.

Those that are selected for ‘processing’ are then subjected to various forms of manipulation and coercion that range from physical and mental abuse to the more subtle threat of losing ones job. In Montana where there are few good jobs this is often enough to get ordinary working people to do bad things like lie or make false statements (or sign off on a statement West has written for them) to cover up West’s abuse of former employees – for instance! In this way Devil West corrupts those around her and stays just ahead of the law - so far!

So let us look at the current batch of ‘permanent’ staff. At the time of writing there are allegedly only three Brett Jaholla Ms West’s ‘tech guy,’ Geoff Reynolds her finance manager and Charles Tapp who I know nothing about - yet.

Geoff was allegedly duped into ‘loaning’ his life savings, $300,000 to Devil West. I know from the emails Rebecca West (ex office manager – no relation) has sent me that he dare not ‘rock the boat’ and his only hope of getting anything back is to remain quiet and compliant.

There is not a lot I know about the other two but I would not be surprised if one of the three had already provided a ‘dodgy’ statement for Devil West. The purpose of this statement is to neutralize the threat from Pat Cole or Rebecca West (the employees that have just left). This statement, if it exists, has probably been sent to the labor board (in respect of Rebecca West’s claim against the cult lady) or become part of West’s case against Pat Cole. I don’t have a lot of sympathy for either Pat Cole or Rebecca West as when they were employed they were either complicit with the cult lady's scams or sought to hide the truth from the new recruits that got sucked in under false pretences.

To illustrate how Devil West uses the new intake to cover up her abuse of previous employees let us look at a microcosm of life with the ‘Divine Being’ by focusing on the experience of one of the above mentioned former employees – Pat Cole.

Well, like all of those who are selected for ‘processing’ Pat had her days in the sun in fact she was, along with two other employees, selected to put up false statements about me on the web three years ago. Pat had no qualms about that even though we had never met! More recently, while still employed, Pat gave a ’statement’ to Devil West that helped the cult lady’s son get custody of his 8 year old daughter even though, the mother of the child alleges that he has a history of drug and alcohol abuse!

Then something went wrong. I guess Pat’s usefulness came to an end because, Rebecca West (Devil West’s ex office manager of ten months – no relation. Thanks Rebecca for your brave support) alleges that Pat was severely beaten and had $700,000+ extorted from her and is now allegedly in litigation against the cult lady for assault and to recover her money, her home and her credit rating!

I understand that the Cult Lady has been ordered by a judge to hand over some documents that Pat Cole needs for her own defense but has so far the cult lady has refused to comply with that order. I guess Surya Ma figures that she is a DIVINE BEING and does not have to answer to anyone – even a judge!

This was certainly my experience as when West was questioned by my lawyer. During the ‘discovery’ process of our court case she flatly denied that a ‘partnership agreement’ existed. This very document (that Devil West said did not exist) later turned up when one of her secretary’s, while in the process of leaving, handed me a raft of documents that included the partnership agreement.

Similarly and as stated elsewhere on this site when Devil West failed to get me to back off from my own legal action she ordered several of her employees to ‘create’ false statements about me for her defense. I know this because two of them phoned me immediately after devil West met with them.

So back to the present. So I am betting that one of the existing employees has already provided a letter supporting Devil West’s ‘version’ of events to muddy the waters and help hide the truth around the Pat Cole affair. I don't blame the existing employees for their complicity - they are victims like everyone else. However I have no doubt that if West is still in business in a year’s time the new intake then will be helping Devil West cover up what really happened to the current batch of employees.

Is there anyone out there that still thinks this woman is a ‘Spiritual Teacher?’
