Yes this ex bankrupt whose real name is plain old Deborah West is desperate to convince us all that, as Surya Ma (her latest alias - they change about once a year!), she is something other than a confidence trickster earning a million plus a year from her ‘business!’

You would think that someone who relies on convincing the public that she is a deity would keep her image squeaky clean? Not this deity!  Leaving aside the ongoing IRS investigation there are three law suits currently against her and one case through the local labor board, that I know about, additionally it seems that she was allegedly recently evicted from a property that she was squatting in?  Could it be that she is not what she says she is?  Could it be that she is not a messenger from God after all? 

Let us review some of the dirty linen.

My own court case for breach of contract. Ms West was recently very smug about the fact that she had, using intimidation and Shamanic attacks derailed my court case for a few months. She was even putting out rumors that I was having trouble finding a lawyer – not so! My lawsuit is still on the books and will be heard in due course. One asks the question, “Why if she is guilty as hell and has admitted as much is Ms West fighting the case?” Well Ms West fights the case because she can. She funds her legal cases by using money from well wishers and students who are too dumb to see that she is basically a fraud who is earning, by her own admission, a million dollars plus a year by posing as a guru in Montana.

Pat Cole, an ex employee, has a lawsuit against Ms West. I am not sure exactly what the nature of the lawsuit is but I heard that she was allegedly reported to the cops for physical assault?  This is how it was described by Ms West’s ex Office Manager Rebecca West (no relation) in an email to me recently.

"I will not return and subject myself to her violent and abusive behavior! I continue to awaken from a sound sleep (on many occasions) at 3:00 a.m. and last night being one of those nights in which I have the feeling of impending doom, and is the reason I finally really took a look at your website and contacted you. I need support in how to deal with her shamanic witchcraft.

Dr. Cole was severely beaten on several occasions and proof is available. With all my heart, I hope and pray, the law firm that is currently reviewing her documents will help Dr. Cole recover her losses and/or dignity, as she has no money left after Devra extorted more than $700,000 from her."  

Then there is Mike Hendrickson’s lawsuit against Ms West. This arises out of the fact that Mike, an ex student, had signed a note guaranteeing a loan which was secured on a property owned by the charity The Circle of Divine Unity. After this charity was struck off by the Secretary of State for Montana for failure to supply the required paperwork Ms West passed the charity’s own property into her personal trust which caused the note to be called upon! Now all these three legal cases are open and shut cases which Ms West does not stand a chance of winning once they get to court.

The same goes for the case being brought before the local labor board – West is guilty as hell. However Ms West has one or two tricks up her sleeve chief amongst them being intimidation. When you are leader of a cult and have people who will lie for you, write false statements, you think that you can get away with anything and from what I have heard she has!

Intimidation not only works to keep the current membership inline but also acts to deter ex members, employees or so called students from seeking redress for abuse or for having their savings extorted from them or leaving being owed thousands of dollars in back pay and overtime.  You will read throughout this page and on this website how Ms West, who has studied the dark arts, uses her Shamanic / Black Magic assaults against her victims, witnesses who stand against her and even neighbors. 

Ms West is desperate to keep all of these cases out of the public eye - at all costs!  However time has just run out for this wolf in sheep's clothing because the local media have at last taken an interest in this story and pretty soon Ms West’s shortcomings are going to be big news in Montana. When that happens the money will dry up and this self pronounced deity will be forced to go abroad and reinvent herself all over again.

Good job she has a wardrobe full of designer saris!
