First of all I would like to draw your attention to the statement made by A J White, and ex board member of the now non existent charity 'The Circle of Divine Unity,' wherein Ms White alleges that a donation of $80,000 was diverted away from the charity into Ms West's personal account to fund her son Che's (Chris William Haywood) custody battle.  Click on this link to read the statement.

In the past couple of days, since this website's rankings got elevated to the point where it is now sitting next to Surya Ma's (the cult lady's) own sites, as a consequence I have received a lot of enquiries.  One of those enquiries came from the mother of a child that was the subject of a custody battle between herself and Ms West's son Che, a custody battle that the mother lost!

The mother alleges that she lost the custody battle because Ms West threw a lot of money (the charity's money according to one credible witness) into the battle on her son's behalf she also alleges that Ms West 'produced' witnesses that gave false statements and which swung the custody hearing in favor of her son.  Ms West calls this, "Getting down and dirty!"  You can hear her say this in her own words by double clicking on this link!

It does seem rather strange that the father got custody of the daughter especially when the mother of the child, Kendall, alleges the following.......

1. Chris has a 'colorful' police record that includes multiple DUI's and multiple busts for possession and that a warrant issued for his arrest but after the intervention of his mother was mysteriously withdrawn?

2. She alleges that he was physically abusive toward her (the apple does not fall far from the tree?).

3. She also alleges that he has a criminal record for forgery and has his own FBI file and had multiple Social Security numbers?

Maybe this is why Ms West & family had to allegedly leave New Mexico suddenly in the middle of the night with only only what they could carry! I have passed all of this information on to the local police as there may be an oustanding warrant - you can never be sure.

So the cult leader, Devra West, must have done some fancy foot work that included making sure her son's legal team were well funded, 'hiding' her son's police record and last but not least worked hard to destroy the mother's credibility using members of her cult as 'tame' witnesses. Now I have not met the mother so cannot vouch for her side of the story though she sounds very sincere. However I do know Ms West very well so I asked myself, based on my experience of her a question.

QUESTION.  Would Devra West, Surya Ma, The Slayer of Illusion etc persuade members of her cult or others to give false witness? 

ANSWER.  Well I came up with a resounding YES!  this is not just based on my opinion but based on my experience!  You can see examples of her deceit and dishonesty plastered all over this site.  Specifically, in March of 2003 Ms West visited me at my home to try and talk me out of taking her to court for the monies she owed me.  When she failed to get me to back down she left my home, went back to her compound, gathered all the employees together and instructed them to write false statements against me saying that those that did not would get fired.  I have passed this information on to the mother for onward transmission to her lawyer, I have also provided the names and contact information of the employees that phoned me to tell me they had been instructed by West to lie and give false witness.

I have also passed on to the mother and her lawyer a statement from (double click on link) Barbara Costantino, one Ms West's former ex Personal Secretary of 19 months wherin Barbara says that Ms West er..... re-writes history on a regular basis!

The next question I asked myself was whether I would want Ms West, an alleged serial physical abuser, within a mile of one of my children and the answer came back and even bigger NO!

QUESTION.  Is the evironment around the Cult Leader a wholesome environment for a child to grow up in?

Then to bring us right up to date here are some paraphrased comments from a series of desperate emails recently received from Ms West's recently departed Office Manager Rebecca West (no relation). 

"I am in danger and afraid. I cannot sleep again and found you through your website….. with all hope and prayer we can stop this monster. I do not have any money and am very afraid of losing my home….. I know everything, and for Dr. Cole and I, is currently a safety issue..….

My knowledge of and support goes to Dr. Cole for the severe beatings she suffered at the hands of Devra over an extended period of time. I have written her a letter that I have been hesitant on sending her, as I know it will create a wave of violent behavior and I have little to protect myself.

My only safety net per law enforcement is to write a "Letter of No Contact" and mail it. If she stalks me, and I have this letter in hand, law enforcement will respond and then maybe the Judge will order a "no stalking order" against her! I have been hiding in my home for many days now, afraid to go anywhere. This attitude is pervasive and includes her current finance controller, whom she has extorted from him over $300,000 since Sept 06'. He is very afraid of losing his money, wife, and children yet does not understand why I cannot come back to work and just let it roll off my back while she relentlessly screams at me and publicly humiliates me before, during and after work.

I will not return and subject myself to her violent and abusive behavior! I continue to awaken from a sound sleep (on many occasions) at 3:00 a.m. and last night being one of those nights in which I have the feeling of impending doom, and is the reason I finally really took a look at your website and contacted you. I need support in how to deal with her shamanic witchcraft. Can you tell me more? Dr. Cole was severely beaten on several occasions and proof is available……

I spoke to Pat this afternoon and she too awoke suddenly this morning to high levels of anxiety. Although, I agree to feeling the same high levels of anxiety, I also felt impending doom. I am strong and am turning information over to the authorities and to you, as well as getting out of bed immediately upon awakening. All this is helping me to cope, and yes having some geographic distance between us would help a great deal."

Now it is not for me to judge whether there was a miscarriage of justice but as a concerned citizen I feel it is my duty to pass on what information I have that would help the innocent.  It may be that, with new evidence, the lawyers have enough to reopen this matter so that the court can decided where the truth lies.  One thing is for sure this self styled Teacher is no Divine Being!
