Conspiracy to obstruct justice?

For the past few days the cult lady, Surya Ma as she now likes to be called, has been beaming her Shamanic / Black Magic energy toward me in a vain hope that somehow, through intimidation, I'll be deterred from continuing my legal action against her and my campaign to get the truth out about her, 'not so saintly activities' - not a chance!

I do not know why she bothers I have been on the receiving end of this crap for so long. Of course the idea that this thug thinks she can administer 'punishment' at a distance to all her victims (and neighbors) with impunity is just not on!

So in keeping with past practice each new attack deserves yet a new page on the website. In fact I may just go for broke and put 20 to 30 pages up all at once! You see today, as promised by Ms West's ex 'daughter in law' Kendall, I received a large box containing five large legal folders (click on this link to see them spread out on our piano) which are awash with information about the West family.

Now I am not shy at sharing information but it is not practical to put several hundred pages up on the web. So I have started to scan in some of the pages with a view, in the next few days or so, to sharing some of the most interesting pages with you. I have also passed some of it to my lawyer.

This new information has answered one of my questions, "How does a man with multiple DUI's and busts for possession and an FBI record (click on this link to view extract from public records) for forgery in Santa Fe get custody of a young female child in preference to the mother?" Well the answer is you throw a huge amount of money at lawyers, (money stolen from the Ms West's charity? Click on this link to read former board member A J White's statement alleging just that) and stack the deck against the mother by using 'statements' from then current cult member Dr Cole! (click on this link for part 1 of statement and this link for part 2).
 

So some time after Dr Cole gave her statement to help 'Devil' West in the custody battle and sometime after Dr Cole, at 'Devil' West's behest, signed up with the other two doctors to put up a defamatory website about me Dr Cole fell out of favor with the supreme being.  In fact Surya Ma's ex office manager Rebecca West (no relation) alleges the following and I quote.

"Dr. Cole was severely beaten on several occasions and proof is available. With all my heart, I hope and pray, the law firm that is currently reviewing her documents will help Dr. Cole recover her losses and/or dignity, as she has no money left after Devra extorted more than $700,000 from her."
 

It seems that Surya Ma had no further use for Dr Cole and disposed of her like a used Kleenex (click here and hear Ms West say this in her own words!).  I have some sympathy for Dr Cole, she is a victim like all the others before her.  What we should do now is unite against the real evil - Ms West AKA Surya Ma, Devra Ji, Devra Dahelia etc.

Ms West (Surya Ma) is a "Master Teacher" at abusing the legal system although I guess if you get away with it it is not seen as abuse? Take my own case for example.
 

1. I issued proceedings.

2. She visits with me at my Guest House admits everything and tells me she will get, and I quote, "Down & Dirty" if I proceed with my legal action.

3. She immediately convenes a meeting with all the employees and informs that they must make false statements about me or get sacked!

4. She manages, using a clever maneuver, to delay trial for two years.

5. Three years after the event she apparently finds someone to make false charges about me and tries to serve me with those lies in an attempt to get me to back off.

6. Weeks before the trial was due this February she uses cult members to call my home at all hours of the night in an attempt to intimidate me into backing off.

7. She frantically uses her Shamanic / Black Magic skills on me and my family to try and intimidate me into backing off or responding in such a way that I will derail the trial. This she succeeds in and the trial is delayed until July.

8. She tries to get me served in Canada on a 'trumped up' lawsuit whose purpose is none other than to intimidate me into backing off, you know, if I drop my legitimate law suit against her she'll drop her trumped up law suit against me!

One of my contacts in Montana recently got access to a copy of the 'trumped up' law suit that they had tried repeatedly to serve me with. According to my contact I had allegedly been accused by 'Devil West' of "inappropriately interacting with female staff members" during my short stay at her charity in 2002!   

Give me a break! This is a lie that 'Devil West' often trots out to use against those who stand against her. She used it against Roger Hill (click on this link to hear his statement), a former manager, that she wanted to silence, she used it against Kendall, the mother of her grand daughter, during the custody battle only Kendall was accused of making moves on men!  Read this statement (click on this link) from her own ex personal secretary, Barbara Costantino, of 19 months who states that, "West lies after each person leaves to re-write history in her favor!"

It is all lies. Otherwise why did someone not come forward when I worked there in 2002. Why did Ms West not threaten me with that when she met me at my Guest House in 2003? On the contrary she called me her 'knight in shining armor' (click on this link to hear her in her own words!). Why wait 3 years to come forward? Well, because it is all fiction, another false statement given by yet another brainwashed corrupted cult member to rewrite history in an attempt to cover up Devil West's tracks.  Ms West threatened to, "Get down and dirty" if I took her to law and she has certainly not disappointed in that department!  Hear her say it in her own words by clicking this link!

The trouble with being a liar, and you know when 'Devil' West is lying because her lips are moving, is that they can never remember what lies they have told and to whom and how often. And this goes on today and will continue to go on until she is stopped!

None of this makes any difference to me. I do not scare easily and as each lie comes, each attack I become even more determined. I will not back down until I get satisfaction.

In closing I wanted to share something funny with you. In response to one of my previous pages entitled "Surya Ma Evicted?" One of my Montana "I" (eye) 'reporters' came back with this quip.

"SMALL 'MEDIUM' AT LARGE!"
