Yet more evidence that employees are ‘press ganged’ into joining Ms West’s (AKA Surya Ma) cult.

In response to my appeal for evidence to help with the upcoming custody battle for Sondra I have received quite a lot of information and it continues to flow in daily.

This letter is part of the formal documentation exchanged between employees who leave and subsequently request unemployment insurance benefits from the state of Montana.

This particular employee, who wishes to keep her name off the internet but does want to tell the truth about Surya Ma to warn others, has like many before her made the choice to leave rather than join the cult.  Of course had she joined the cult her ‘processing,’ would have continued at a faster pace until her ‘conditioning’ was complete.

I find the response of the Montana State labor board to be totally inexplicable.  There have been a series of these cases the ones I know about in detail are Joseph & Barbara Costantino 2004, Rebecca West 2007 and now this latest case although if you read or listen to the evidence on this site you will see that just about everyone who goes through this ‘teachers’ hands is a victim in one way or another.

All the complaints are identical and if one reads the evidence supplied by the victims it is clear that work environment is totally hostile.  As pointed out umpteen times before Ms West is masquerading as pseudo religious figure while in reality she is running a cult and making a living out of fleecing its members in a state that seems blind to white collar crime.  

I shall get copies of all the case notes and mail them to Montana’s Attorney General maybe if the ‘dots are joined’ they will see that this 'employer' is a repeat offender!

In addition to the above letter from the labor board I have the employee’s further request for a ‘Redetermination!’  When you read the letter please note the comments made by the employee where she alleges that Surya Ma was ‘creating’ liabilities (that did not exist) based on what she thought she was owed by previous non profit organizations!  Is this not fraud?

Please also note the references to nonexistent health insurance the same scam that was being used to suck in employees when I was there in 2002, the alleged use of the ‘Masters’ to manipulate Dr Patricia and other employees, the aggression employee alleges towards her saying Surya Ma confronted her with, “spittle flying!”

I now want to draw to your attention the part of the employee’s submission (to the labor board) where she talks about some of the working conditions she has had to endure while serving under this so called ‘enlightened’ being!  Here are some points from her submission:-

West alleges that there were ‘negative’ thought forms present around some of the employees work!  What a joke that is - West is a negative vortex!  

West allegedly says that all of her employees must be engaged in her philosophy and follow her ‘spiritual’ mandate!  Sounds like a cult to me?

The employee alleges that she witnessed the continual denigration of Dr Patricia MD and goes onto to say that Ms West, AKA Surya Ma, was destroying Dr Patricia’s ego.  She also alleges that she has documentation regarding an assault by Ms West on Dr Patricia saying she did not see the assault but saw the bruises!

The employee alleges that she witnessed Ms West being abusive on a daily basis toward Dr Patricia MD and further alleges that between Jan & Mar of 2006 heard Ms West tell Dr Patricia that she would, “take a hammer and break every bone in her hands!”

The employee alleges that Ms West told her personally that she did not care if she killed Dr Patricia MD because as an enlightened being she could just as easily spend her life in prison as in a 6 million dollar home!

The employee goes on to allege that on April 17^th Dr Patricia MD came to work with bruises on her hands and said that ‘she’ had whacked them!  On April 22^nd the employee alleges that she found a document Ms West had written to the ‘Masters’ about the ‘altercation’ with Dr Patricia!

The employee alleges that unless employees are willing to ‘submit’ to Ms West’s attempt to destroy their ‘lower’ minds they, as employees, had no value!

The employee alleges that Ms West’s new office manager (a replacement for Rebecca West no relation) introduced himself as being “from another planet!”

The employee alleges that Ms West complained (at the behaviour of the employees) because they did not stand when she entered and left the room!  The employee alleges that Ms West had told them that she had rose petals spread at her feet by disciples! (A Dah! I think she is confusing this life with the one she had as Jesus when she entered the city on a donkey and they spread palm leaves on the road in front of her?)

The employee then goes to talk about West’s subtle abuse, denigration of others abilities, her not allowing anyone to speak and when someone did try to express themselves West just talked over them.

In conclusion the above is yet more evidence that ‘working conditions’ have not changed since I left in August of 2002.  Not only does the abuse continue but Ms West, by using the ‘new intake,’ has a ready supply of willing witnesses ready to muddy the waters by giving false statements to the labor board and the law courts making it more difficult for victims to get justice.

However there is such an overwhelming amount of evidence that Ms West is corrupt, deceitful and dishonest that I am convinced that her reign of terror is about to end!  Watch out for the trial scheduled this month where her holiness is appearing as a defendant in the Dr Patricia MD assault case with two other trials to follow shortly! 

And although reporting this episode to the County Attorney (click this link to read letter) has once again drawn a blank the drip drip drip of the truth will I am sure eventually win out!  I have of course sent the originals of all documents to the victims, their lawyers, the IRS and the local newspapers!

Surya Ma’s assertion that she could as easily, because she is enlightened, live in a prison as in a 6 million dollar home!   If this were true then why does she spend most of her energies allegedly extorting money from her employees?

If Ms West, sorry Surya Ma, has no ego then why does she need to issue behavioural instructions to employees?  Anyone knows that respect is earned not demanded – unless you are an egomaniac of course!
