A number of ex employees who have seen my web site have banded together and asked me if I would assist them with a Class Action Suit against Ms West to help them recover monies owed or compensation for the physical & mental abuse that they have suffered.

While they gather statements from ex employees in the short term I have agreed to coordinate their efforts and would ask any who wish to join this action to contact me with their stories via john@starpeople2000.com. My wife, Lisa, will forward this on to me. Once we have shared information I will work with you all to approach a legal team willing to take on the case.

In other news.

The Finance Controller, who has allegedly given his (and his wife's?) life savings to West, has apparently showed another huge lapse in judgment by deciding to move away from the truth and support West in an attempt to save his own skin.

Apparently he was a witness to West throwing a three ring binder which hit a female employee, just before she was fired on the spot, but has since developed amnesia about the incident! I think he thinks that if he stays loyal to West he might get some of his money back and or be given a promotion! Does he not understand that West is dangling a carrot just beyond his nose with the purpose of keeping him just where he is? Does he not understand that he is being sucked in a little deeper each day?

Today it is turn a blind eye to abuse, give false witness - what will he be asked to do tomorrow? If he thinks that lying will protect his CPA license he is going to get a big shock when the IRS turns up. Now that Ms West has inherited a large sum of money maybe she will pay off all those that she has 'borrowed' money from and settle the amounts owed to Workers Compensation, State Taxes and Federal Payroll Taxes.
