Surya Ma is scheduled to make two court appearances in Montana in November of this year.

One, to appear as the defendant in respect of the alleged assault of Dr Patricia MD and the alleged extortion of hundreds of thousands of dollars from the same person!

Two, I have been informed by Kendall Strner, the mother of Sondra who currently resides with Ms West’s son Chris,  that there is to be a custody hearing in respect of this matter.   Those of you who know the family can decide for themselves whether Sondra should be with her mother.  You can also decide for yourselves whether it is right that Kendall, the mother, should allegedly be paying $400+ dollars a month in child support to Ms West’s son!

As you can imagine there will be two very different sides to this story but I would urge all of those who have been witness to Ms West in action as Surya Ma while employed, as a student etc to come forward and make a statement if you feel you have information that is pertinent to the hearing.

We are only interested in getting at the truth here.   Your statement could determine where and with whom this 6 year old girl gets to spend the rest of her childhood.  If you have seen anything that you feel is relevant to this custody hearing please email me with your comments / statement.
