Most of the above 'witnesses' allege extortion and or mental and physical abuse.  Indeed there are a series of trials coming up soon, the first due to start on 18th September, against Ms West in Montana where Dr Patricia MD alleges that she was badly physically assaulted by West.  This is nothing new as West has in the past settled out of court with another women who allegedly needed plastic surgey after her encounter with the 'divine' one!

In addition to harrowing statements there is information on Ms West's old charity 'The Circle of Divine Unity' that was shut down by the secretary of state for Montana.

There are links to the two recent newspaper articles on Ms West.  In one Dr Patricia MD alleges that West held a loaded gun to her head and said that she (West) had the authority from God to decide whether Dr Patricia MD lived or died.

In the article it is also alleged that of the six businesses that West is running only one is in 'good standing!'  Some things never change!

This CD represents 5 years of gathering data on this self appointed deity.  You won't find any of this information on Ms West's own sites!  The CD contains lengthy MP3 audio interviews with ex staff members but the center piece is a 47 minute interview with Ms West herself.

In this interview Ms West candidly tells us that she does not do business partners, that she uses people like Kleenex, that she'll get down and dirty with anyone who tries to take her to court!

Ms West, trying to persuade me not to issue a lawsuit against her, goes from overbearing guru to intimidation to manipulation with tears to stop me proceeding with a lawsuit against her.  Where she really shines though is with intimidation - well if you are running a cult why not use it to cover your back and Ms West certainly does that!

All employees have to 'surrender' to The Master Teacher those that do not are unceremoniously fired before their first 90 days are up!  Those that stay are persuaded and or manipulated through a mixture of fear of losing their job or reprisals against them personally to lie on behalf of West.  Many do this by giving or signing false statements to aid her against complaints and lawsuits from past employees, students or business associates.
 

The bottom line is that West is running a cult for the sole purpose of brainwashing students and employees alike into handing over their wealth to her so that she can shop till she drops and travel around the world first class telling everyone what a great guru she is!

It is as simple as that!
